The second edition of the famous Ozuzu Clan Unity Soccer Cup Competition, sponsored by a popular philanthropist from Etche, Sir Nnamdi Munuoye, kicks off on Sunday, December 1, 2024 in Ozuzu Etche.
Highlights during the opening ceremony, according to the organisers, will include displays of the rich Etche culture, and performances by top traditional dancers.
Speaking with our reporter, Martins Giadom, the chairman of the Ozuzu Unity Soccer Cup Competition local organizing Committee, Emmanuel confirmed that the defending champions, Mirioma FC of Umunachi will face Agbom Super Stars of Owu.
The organizers further said the tournament will hold at Isuzu State School Etche at 3 clock in the afternoon.
