Bayelsa State primary school teachers have expressed profound dismay to the state government and local government councils over their total exclusion from the recently disbursed 40 percent peculiar allowance. Authorities of the Bayelsà State police Command has confirmed the arrest of a 50 years old Pastor Ambros Mark over alleged defilement of two under aged girls.
