Former Rivers State Commissioner for Local Government Affairs and one-time governorship aspirant, Prince Charles Osiminibeke, has received the NDC candidate for the Emohua/Ikwerre Federal Constituency, Fubara Ohaka, and other political stakeholders during a courtesy visit over the weekend to mark his birthday.

The visit provided an opportunity for the political stakeholders to celebrate with the former commissioner and also formally inform him of their intentions ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking during the occasion, Osiminibeke expressed his appreciation to the aspirants and other guests for taking time out of their schedules to visit him on his birthday and celebrate the occasion with him.
He also thanked them for using the opportunity to officially communicate their political intentions to him ahead of the forthcoming election, describing the visit as a demonstration of respect and cordial political engagement.
The former commissioner acknowledged the importance of consultations and engagements among political stakeholders, particularly as political activities begin to gather momentum ahead of 2027.
The meeting also provided an avenue for discussions on the political future of the Emohua/Ikwerre Federal Constituency, grassroots participation and the need for peaceful political engagement.
Osiminibeke, who has been actively involved in the political affairs of Rivers State over the years, welcomed the engagement and encouraged continued dialogue among stakeholders.
The visit ended on a celebratory note, with the guests joining Osiminibeke to mark his birthday, while also formally presenting him with gifts and communicating their political aspirations ahead of the 2027 elections.
