National union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Bori Branch has lauded the newly elected executive chairman of Khana Local Government Area, Dr. Bariere Thomas, and his subsequent swearing in.
In a letter signed by the secretary, Comr. David Lenebari, the group said, “To us as a union, we have no doubt about your ability and capacity to deliver dividends of democracy to the good people of Khana because you have your mark and records of achievements on the path of the Khana people. Your antecedents speak volume, and that they we wish you all the best,” they concluded.
It is on record therefore, that before the re-election of Dr. Bariere Thomas, as the executive chairman of Khana local government area he engaged in massive developmental strides and security coverage ever witness by any of his predecessors: therefore, the people of khana local government has been very inquisitive of any opportunity for him to test his popularity of coming back, hence massive turn-out for his emergence.
The excited National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) promised their support for his success, stressing that the union is behind him to bring more development and dividend of democracy to the people of Khana.
