Director General of the Prosperity Cup, Mr Ono Akpe, has commended the Bayelsa State governor, Senator Douye Diri, and his deputy, Senator Lawrence Ewhrujakpo, for the successful hosting of the maiden edition of the Governor Diri National Scrabble Championship, held in Yenagoa, the state capital.

Alabrah, who is also the chief press secretary to the governor, was further commended for calling for attention to be paid to scrabble, especially in schools, since lots of Bayelsans have potential for the sport.
