Olorogun Otega Emerhor, a founding leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and also a 2015 governorship candidate of the party in Delta State, has congratulated the Delta APC State Working Committee (SWC) for the report of its Reconciliation Sub-Committee.
The report was presented to him on August 22, 2024 in his capacity as the designated chairman of Delta APC Reconciliation Committee.
Addressing members of the committee, Emerhor said, “As the designated chairman of the Delta APC Reconciliation Committee, I want to happily congratulate the the Delta APC State Working Committee (SWC) for the report of its Reconciliation Sub-Committee presented to me.
“I can say it’s a job well done. The report focused on peace and unity of party members in Delta state. We will work out modalities on how to implement the recommendations from the SWC.”
Olorogun Emerhor further commended the report which detailed the responses and inputs of a cross section of critical stakeholders of the party and also contained the recommendations of the SWC towards achieving peace and unity in Delta APC. Emerhor encouraged the SWC to now proceed to populate and inaugurate the main Reconciliation Committee, adding that the SWC report will provide a key working paper for the main Committee.
