Open Evening Thursday 22nd September 2016
As you know, we are approaching this year’s Open Evening which takes place today Thursday 22nd September.
There will be an early closure of 1:15 p.m. for all students on Thursday 22nd September and full closure of the school on Friday 23rd September for staff development training.
Today Thursday 22nd September there will be hot food will be served in the Dining hall at break time for all students, with cold food at the end of the day. Buses will not be available.
Most of your daughters/sons are taking part in Open Evening. May I take this opportunity to thank them and to ask that they be back at school by 5:15 p.m., unless they have been given an earlier time by staff. Please ensure their safe journey home at the end of the evening, which will be approximately 9:00 p.m.
