Wike Bringing ‘Mr. Project’ Magic to FCT — Nwanjoku

_By: Emmanuel Kanayo

‎ Former PDP Chairman of Etche LGA and former Special Adviser to ex-Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike, Chief  Andrew Nwanjoku has hailed the FCT Minister, Barr. Ezenwo Nyesom Wike,  for replicating his record of delivery in the Federal Capital Territory.

‎In a statement, Nwanjoku said Nigeria’s political history will remember Chief Wike not for speeches, but for action.

‎“I served closely as Special Adviser to him in Rivers State, and I also led the PDP in Etche LGA. I witnessed a leader whose only agenda was results,” Nwanjoku said.

‎He noted that the same commitment is now transforming Abuja.

‎“Today, that Wike spirit is driving the FCT. Long-abandoned road projects are being completed. Public infrastructure is being rehabilitated. Security and sanitation are now priorities. Most importantly, residents of the FCT are beginning to feel the presence of government again,” he stated.

‎The former Etche PDP boss recalled Wike’s 8-year tenure in Rivers State, where he described the state as “a massive construction site.”

‎“Flyovers, roads, schools, and hospitals were not just promised. They were built and delivered to standard. He governed without excuses and without shifting blame,” he added.

‎Nwanjoku commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the appointment, describing it as strategic.

‎“At a time the nation needed a leader with capacity and political will in Abuja, Mr. President found that leader in Wike,” he said.

‎According to him, what distinguishes the FCT Minister is courage and competence.

‎“He takes tough decisions. He confronts challenges head-on to get results. In an era where many leaders hide behind rhetoric, Wike stands for action, accountability, and performance.”

‎He concluded: “On behalf of my family, the people of Etche LGA, and all Nigerians who value purposeful leadership, I salute the FCT Minister. Abuja is better today because he is in charge.

‎Chief Wike has again proven that true leadership is service, and service is measured by the lives it touches. Nigeria needs more leaders like him.”
