Gateway Women End Exousia Conference in Rivers with Emphasis on Prayer, Gatekeeping

The Gateway Women Ministry of Gateway International Church, Elioparanwo, Port Harcourt, concluded its annual Exousia conference with a strong emphasis on prayer and gatekeeping.
The conference with theme; “Hesed,” featured keynote speakers who ministered to women on experiencing God’s touch through prayer.
The event featured a special thanksgiving service by the women, where eleven children were dedicated to God, with Pastor George Izunwa, Lead Pastor of the Gateway International Church (GIC), declaring God’s blessings and guidance upon the parents and children.
Pastor Dr. Meg Lawal, President of the Gateway Women Ministry, stressed the importance of prayer and gatekeeping in women’s lives, urging them to prioritize prayer and see themselves as gatekeepers of their families and communities adding that prayers attracts God’s blessings.
Pastor Lawal said the Exousia conference was aimed at ensuring the beauty and hand of God rest on the lives of women of the church.
She enjoined every woman of gateway international church to be attending church programs in order to learn more things about the rights of a woman in the society, and as well in marriage, adding that gateway international church women conference is not restricted to the married women alone, but also for the single, divorced or separated.
