Ughelli Agog as Okpako Celebrates Birthday in Style

A former councilor representing Evwreni Ward 08 in the legislative chambers of the Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. Desmond Okpako recently celebrated his birthday with family and friends in grand style. 

Hon. Okpako, who is a PDP chieftain in Evwreni Ward 08 celebrated the birthday at Eclat Hotels, Ughelli in the company of friends, family and associates.

Chairman of the event, Hon. Fidelis Adjogbe, who is also the principal and founder of the Fidelis Support Group (FSG) in Delta State, thanked God for adding a new year to the life of Hon. Okpako.

Adjogbe said, “Birthday celebration is always a time to appreciate God for His goodness and healthy living upon our lives. Birthday celebration is not all about money or food. As it’s in our country at the moment, when you live to see a new day, you need to thank God for His mercies. This is why I want to call on all of us here to celebrate our friend and brother on this occasion of his birthday anniversary with joy. He has just added another feather to his hat. In the same way too, I want to advise us here to always maintain peace and orderliness because we are all responsible and matured people. I therefore pray God to add more fruitful years to the age of our celebrant.”

Other members of the high table and dignitaries at the occasion celebrated Hon. Okpako for inviting family members and friends to his celebration despite the economic woes confronting Nigerians at the moment. They wished him greater achievements in his political career and entrepreneurship. They further thanked the chairman of the event, Hon. Adjogbe, for being generous and kind to all his followers as a political leader. 

Acknowledging the contributions and support given to him during the birthday party, the celebrant who was highly elated thanked the members of the high table for their support and other invitees for honouring his invitation.

Hear him: “I’m indeed grateful to all of you for celebrating my birthday with me with such enthusiasm, love and honour. I want to specially thank my principal and boss, Hon. Fidelis Adjogbe and all the members of the high table and to all of you out there for such a wonderful celebration. Words are not enough to express the joy and happiness in my heart to you now. God will continue to bless you and you will also celebrate your own birthdays in such great ways. Finally, I want to thank God for his love and mercies upon my life. I thank him for all my achievements and blessings all these years. God is really merciful and kind to me and my family. I’m enjoying all these abundant blessings from God, not just because I’m most holy or righteous; but because of the love of God upon me. Once again, thank you.”
