A renowned cleric in Riviera State, Prophet Nsemeke Ukomne, has said that the power of sacrifice can open every closed door and bring down God’s blessing upon any man as long as the sacrifice is done in good faith and in line with God’s tenets.
Delivering a sermon titled: ‘The Power of Sacrifice,’ he recalled that “it was the power of sacrifice that brought our patriarch Abraham to his blessed line,” adding that sacrifice “can make some one to take another’s blessing and add to his or her own.”
“There is power in sacrifice, everybody must learn how to sacrifice instead of taking,” adding that “the opposite is that bad character closes all open doors.”
He maintained that “among all, giving praises move God, prayers move mountain while a fat envelope moves prophets,” while encouraging them to pray and fast for members, where situation demands.
