NDMPN Honours Grant Offor as ‘Most Distinguished Philanthropist’

Following his chain of empowerment programmes to breach the poverty circle in the society, Niger Delta Media Practitioners of Nigeria (NDMPN) has presented an award as the ‘Most Distinguished Philanthropist Man of the Year 2024’ to the Managing Director/ Chief Executive officer of RAMEC Intergrated Services Limited, Chief Engr Grant Offor.

In his address, Convener of Niger Delta Media Practitioners of Nigeria, Amb. Joseph Asomeji, disclosed that they were in his office to ratify the report of the assessment team of the association who carried out secret investigation to acertain his nomination, and congratulated the awardees on his corporate social responsibility activities particularly, the donation of dozens of vehicles to the youths in his community and series of other empowerment Initiatives, not only for the youths, but also the elderly and the downtrodden in the society.

Amb. Asomeji said that Niger Delta Media Practitioners of Nigeria, NDMPN, is an association of practicing journalists from the region with the aim of providing support for the education of the younger generation, encouraging entrepreneurship, as well as public office holders and philanthropists from the region.

While appealing for the donation of an logistics support to assist in the running of the association’s projects for the vulnerable, he prayed God to continue to guide and protect the awardee whom they adopted as their patron.

Responding on the honour done him, the Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of RAMEC Intergrated Services Limited Chief Engr Grant Offor thanked the media group for finding him worthy of the recognition.

“Thank you for finding me worthy for this award. It is a great pleasure to accept this award. I want to once again assure you that I will continue to do my very best to make impact in the society not for the reason to show off but because I have passion to breach the circle of poverty gap in the society. I will support your programme because it has to do with the larger society.

Recall that Eze Grant Offor who is member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers holds a chieftaincy title from Uvuawho Clan in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State and he is wildly known for his philanthropist gestures.
