Dr Samuel Ogbuku

NDDC Boss, a Trailblazer ~ Ofirima

A business mogul, Ofirima Adieleuwa C. Allison, has called on Niger Delta people to close ranks and support the “lofty initiatives of the managing director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr.Samuel Ogbuku, so as to fastrack development in the area.”

Ofirima stated this recently, while speaking with journalists at his country home.

He said that words are inadequate to describe the qualities of the administrator who is “exceptional and unique in the history of the interventionist agency through his sound policies and programmes.”

Ofirima maintained that Dr. Ogbuku is focused and a result-oriented administrator with unparalleled pedigree, noting that his purposeful agenda in repositioning the agency will be achieved.

“I am confident that the NDDC boss will change the narrative of the agency,” Ofirima said, pointing out that ” among the managing directors of the agency,he remains the best in all ramifications.”

The Ohambele Waterways chieftain further stressed that the “amiable NDDC helmsman has initiated programmes ranging from medical, housing, electrification, water projects, shore protection, erosion, foreign and internal scholarship schemes, school projects, roads and bridges and many more too numerous to mention”

Ofirima also commended the NDDC boss on the planned 27.3 billion Dollars Power and Road project, describing Dr. Ogbuku as “an administrator par excellence.

“Your good heart will propel you to a greater height, because you are an administrator who works hard to achieve the aim for which the NDDC was created.”

Ofirima further applauded Ogbuku for radiating “a rare mix of humility, simplicity and integrity, while his aura is achieved by patience, understanding, competence and benevolence.

“The administrator is polished in character, thoughtful in reasoning, fair and just in deeds, sound in intellect and balanced in judgement.

“Our prayers is that God should grant him wisdom and strength to pilot the affairs of the interventionist agency to the envy of all,” Ofirima said.
