The Niger Delta Action Network (NDAN), a non-governmental organization in the Niger Delta Region has called on the good people of the zone to rally round support towards enhancing the growth of the region by supporting the “good works of the Rivers State Representative on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Tony Okocha.”
NDAN described Okocha as political masterpiece with an unblemished record which is unparalleled in the history of the region.
The socio-political group commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing Chief Okocha as the Rivers State Representative in the interventionist agency, pointing out that Okocha’s track records speaks volume.
Chairman and secretary of the group, Chief Gogo Ada Rufus Mbere and Dr. Pius Waritimi further noted with joy the recent gift items he donated to the home of the Elderly and other indigent groups, saying the gesture is remarkable.
NDAN further believed that Chief Okocha will widen the horizon of the NDDC, considering his global tentacles and assured that the state will benefit immensely from him in terms of socio- economic development of the region, saying also that his blueprint no doubt will benefit the teaming youths of the region.
