Mother Florence Goes Home

Plans have been concluded for the burial of Mrs Florence Igwe Okachuku (nee Ezerie) of Omudidia, Omuagi, Omouorlu, Omudioga Town in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State.

In a statement signed by her first son, Mr Johnson Okachuku regretted that “she left when her advice was needed most, noting that her remains will on August 12 leave Mosco Mortuary, Elele, in Ikwerre LGA, to her country home, Omudioga.”

According to the chief mourner, Mr Okachuku, “My late mother died at the age of 82. She lived a life worthy of emulation.”

Meanwhile, in a telephone interview with comrade Okuma Michael, secretary of the family,  he described the deceased as “a mother of all,” and called on sons and daughters of the Didia Family to come home and give ma Florence the last respect.
