Majemite in a statement on Tuesday, after he paid a condolence visit to late Agbatutu’s family and the president general of Agbarho, noted that late Agbatutu was a party leader, who work assiduously to see that Ughelli North remains united at all times.

He described late Agbatutu as a friend and an illustrious Urhobo son. He described the deceased as an astute politician, which made it possible for him to be re-elected chairman of Ughelli North LGA chapter of the PDP.

Majemite further noted that the passing away of the People’s Democratic Party chairman occurred when his wealth of experience was highly needed as party leaders prepare for the 2023 electioneering process.

While mourning Lawance Agbatutu’s demise, Majemite equally extended his condolences to the entire Agbarho Community over the death of their son, while commiserating with the state governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa over the death of Lawance Agbatutu, one of his party chairmen.

Majemite called on his campaign organisation to suspend all activities indefinitely to honor late Hon. Lawance Agbatutu and late Kenneth Okpara, former commissioner and former co-governorship aspirant.

Meanwhile, president general of Agbarho Community, Chief Monday Odiphri, has said that Olorogun Barrister Fred Okiemute Majemite’s visit showed that he loves the former PDP chairman, his family and the Agbarho people.
