The staff of Royal Breed Educational Centre and of Keafchi Ventures (publishers of Port Harcourt Mundial Newspaper) have congratulated Dcns (Dr) Ibietela Madighi on her swearing in as justice of the Rivers State High Court.
In a statement signed by Mrs Affiong Chinyere Nwaucha, the two organizations described Justice Madighi as “mentor and mother,” while commending her elevation to the state High Court.
They further described her call to serve in the judiciary as “ordained by God and pleasant in the eyes of men.”
