Igbe Orhe Ofuafo Oghene Healing Home Holds Annual Igbe Festival, March 23

The Igbe Orhe Ofuafo Oghene Healing Home in Unenurhie town, Evwreni kingdom in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State will hold her annual Igbe festival, starting from March 23rd to March 30th, 2020 at the holy temple, situated along the East/West road in Unenurhie town. 

According to a release by Uku Simon Efedudu, who is presently “occupying the religious throne,” March 23rd is for the watch night dance, while March 24th is the day for the yearly visitation/entrance to the community by the Uku and his followers. The other days are fixed for other different religious activities.

He however invites all Igbe adherents, within and outside Nigeria, especially those in Urhobo and Isoko ethnic nationalities to join him celebrate the annual Igbe festival which will feature dance, prayers, thanksgiving and other religious activities.

Uku Simon Efedudu also invites various community leaders across Delta State and all those that wish to join the religion as a core African religion to catch glimpse of the religious event.
