GGI International Receives ‘Most Distinguished Company Director’s Award’

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GGI INT’L NIG LTD Engr. Dr. Innocent Akuvue, has been honour as the Most Distinguished company Director of the year 2023 by the Niger Delta Media Practitioners of Nigeria (NDMPN)

Presenting the Award plaque to him at the corporate headquarters of the Company in Port Harcourt, national coordinator of Niger Delta Media Practitioners of Nigeria, NDMPN, Dr Gilbert Amadi, congratulated the awardee on his giant achievements in the global oil and gas servicing sector.

Dr. Amadi who was represented by the deputy coordinator, Mr. Kennedy Wedeh noted that media award is not bought as they took time and x-rayed the activities of the Organization and their Chairman and urged him to maintain the temple.

Earlier in his address, the Rivers State coordinator of Niger Delta Media Practitioners of Nigeria (NDMPN), Amb Joe Asomeji, said that they were at his corporate office to compliment the report of the association’s assessment team who carried out secret investigation of the company and its MD.

He commended the awardee’s resilience in raising people status and living up to the company’s corporate social responsibilities.

He reiterated the commitment of the media group in recognizing hard work and encouraging public, corporate organizations and individuals with the mind to assist the ordinary people and seek collaborative effort with the GGI INT’L NIG LTD on the sponsorship of their medical outreach program.

Responding on the honour done him, the chairman and chief executive officer of GGI INT’L NIG LTD Engr Dr. Innocent Akuvue thanked the media group for finding him worthy for the recognition.

He maintained that the company is committed in delivering its corporate social responsibility and in line with labour law hence the series of commendations and awards.

The GGI boss who is a member of the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce Industry Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) however promised to support the Journalists Association in caring out their program.

High light of the brief ceremony was the presentation of the Award plaque to the recipient.
