Ex-Council Chairman, Orolosama Assures Asalgans, Rivers People Of Better Days In 2025 

•Preaches Love, Peace in New Year

The immediate past Caretaker Committee Chairman of Asari Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State, Rt. Hon. Orolosama Peter Amachree has felicitated with the people of the LGA and Rivers State in general for crossing over to the year 2025, assuring them of better days ahead.

Rt. Hon. Orolosama Amachree who was a former leader of the Asari Toru legislative Assembly gave the assurance in a new year message he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Port Harcourt on Wednesday, 1st January, 2025.

The former Council Chairman also assured the people that the new year will bring renewed hope and greater opportunities to them, while urging them to prioritize love, peace and unity in the LGA and state in the new year.

He said, “Dear esteemed citizens, welcome to the year of the Lord, 2025.

“As we stand on the threshold of a new year, I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt greetings to the wonderful people of Rivers State and specifically to the resilient residents of Asari Toru Local Government Area. 

“The dawn of a new year brings with it renewed hope, opportunities, and the promise of better days ahead. It is a time for reflection on our past achievements and challenges, as well as a moment to set our sights on the future. Together, we have faced trials, celebrated victories, and fostered a spirit of unity that defines our community.

“As we embrace the year 2025, let us carry forward the values of love, peace, and cooperation that bind us together. It is my sincere wish that this year brings prosperity, health, and happiness to every household. May we continue to work hand in hand towards our common goals, ensuring a brighter future for our children and generations to come.

“Thank you for your unwavering support. I am proud of what we accomplished together, and I am hopeful for what lies ahead. Happy New Year to you all,” he said.
