The joy of Christopher Isibor Ikekhuamen knew no bounds as he was honoured with an award of Excellence by the Niger Delta Media Forum in recognition of his outstanding contributions and commitments to the growth of the maritime industry.
The award was also for his efforts in providing job opportunities and empowerment of youths and less privileged in the Niger Delta and society in general.
According to the organizers, Chris Isibor who is the managing director of Ocean Freighters Nigeria Limited, a Customs licensed clearing company based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State “has distinguished himself for his efforts and resourcefulness in nurturing a company that has become a global brand in the maritime sector of the Nigerian Economy, which has been able to provide job opportunities to the youths and the society at large.
“While assuring him of continued support and partnership with the media for the growth of the company, we however commended him for being a role model to the younger generations for channeling his energies into meaningful venture and exemplary conduct.”
