A one month art exhibition for less privileged children ends Thursday at the Alliance Franscaise, in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

The exhibition which opens with the theme, ‘Creativity in the Storm,’ features art works on painting, sculptures and graphics done by orphans of the Jarrell Global Foundation, an institution that carter for homeless children and the underprivileged in the society.

Speaking during the exhibition, creative director of the project, Mr. Baldwin Dinna, said the exhibition was inspired by the need to show that talent can be found in unlikely places such as orphanages and among the less privileged in the society.

Dinna added that the motivating force was to help the less privileged children learn a vocation, live and enjoy their lives.

The one month exhibition was put together by Jarrell Global Foundation in partnership with the Alliance Franscaise de Port Harcourt.
