Governor Sim Fubara and Chief Nyesom Wike

Wike vs Betrayal – Fubara is a Saint

By: David Oguzierem

The FCT Minister was on Saturday heard openly cursing and praying against those who have chosen to stand with Governor Siminalayi Fubara while resisting his tyranny, greed, and political stranglehold on Rivers State.

Wike said inter alia: “Whether You’re A Senator, Rep Member, Minister, Or Governor And You Support Betrayers, People Will Also Betray You In Life. Every Second Term Governor Who Has An Ambition To Put A Successor And Is Supporting Betrayal , You’ll Never Survive It; You’ll Collapse And Ð!e”

This alone tells you one thing – power has slipped from his hands, and it’s hurting him badly.

So why is Wike suddenly so pained? Why is he this angry?

Simple. The man who built his entire career on rebellion is now being resisted—and he cannot stand it.

Let us be honest with ourselves. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike is not new to betrayal. Betrayal is not an allegation against him; it is his political signature. His records are not hidden. They are loud, public, and documented.

Is this not the same Wike who, on September 20, 2018, boldly told Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s predecessor, Akinwunmi Ambode: “Resist your godfather, Bola Tinubu”?

Is this not the same Wike who flew to Edo State and told Edo people on August 4, 2020, that “Obaseki deserves your vote because he resisted his godfather”?

So what exactly has changed now?

Stop crying.

Stop playing the victim.

You are only tasting the same medicine you prescribed for others.

Tinubu did not turn Ambode into a political orphan because Ambode dared to think independently.

Adams Oshiomhole did not make Obaseki look foolish because Obaseki stood his ground. Those men became governors because the people elected them—not because they were slaves.

And now, history has come full circle.

You lost the most loyal political ally any man could ever have—not because of witchcraft, not because of Abuja, but because of greed, arrogance, and the eternal hunger to control everything and everyone.

Let’s ask the real questions Wike never answers:

When last did you genuinely appreciate Senator Sam Mbata?

When last did you publicly honour Dr. Peter Odili and his wife—the very foundation of your political rise?

When last did you thank President Goodluck Jonathan and his wife—the man who gave you national relevance?

Silence. Always silence.

Today, it is even more laughable that our new-found “Pastor Wike”—this same political cleric who betrayed Mbata, Amaechi, Mama Peace, GEJ, and the Odilis—is now preaching with “uncommon unction”, and people are falling under the anointing.

Honestly, I can’t stop laughing.

From betraying benefactors to crying foul when loyalty is no longer guaranteed—what a spectacular fall.

Wike wants loyalty but never gives gratitude.

He wants obedience but despises independence.

He preaches rebellion when it benefits him and curses it when it confronts him.

Classic serial betrayer behavior.

At this point, wisdom demands one thing – slow down. Take it easy. Power has seasons, and health has limits.

The 23 Local Government Areas you are currently managing should be more than enough chopping for one man.

Rivers State has moved on.

The people have chosen courage over fear.

And history is once again reminding Wike of a simple truth – those who live by betrayal will eventually be consumed by it.

As for the myth of immortality—no one lives forever. Political humility would serve you better than endless rage.

History is watching. And this time, it is not on your side.

And just when everyone was waiting for the usual “in Jesus’ name” to land…

Pastor Nyesom Wike cleared his throat and declared:

“That’s what the gods said I should tell you.”

Congregation froze. Angels paused. Amen got confused.

Sir… that’s not prayer.

That’s a press briefing from the spirit world.

Shalom
